Holland Ticket Services started in 2016 with the Welcome Brand. It’s goal is to provide a friendly personal and refreshing way of communicating with tourists. Amsterdam Welcome is the first of many Welcome brands to come.
Free city maps, (mini) guidebooks, and online communication through blogs and social media are a few of the channels Amsterdam Welcome uses.
The guidebooks can be found in over 150 hotels in Amsterdam. Free city maps are given to tourists arriving at the Passenger Terminal and can also be found in over 300+ locations in the city center.
Besides giving tourists information about the various museums and attractions in the city, it also offers a platform to the museums and attractions to come into contact with possible customers. Blogs are used to highlight local restaurants and activities.
